Innovation: Mind the Gap is the first report in the Life in Colour program from Konica Minolta. The program as a whole seeks to examine key business issues and through primary research with Australian managers and employees, highlight opportunities for organisations to gain competitive advantage through the adoption of new working practices.
Innovation: Mind the Gap examines the role of innovation in Australian organisations from the perception of the people, the working environment and then finally the technology employed.
The report will be presented at either breakfast or lunch seminars around the nation from 23 July - 18th September and is free of charge. Each event will include an indepth look into the research findings and a guest speaker from a leading position will talk about innovation within their workplace.
