In addition to his role as primary industry advocate, political strategist and spokesperson for the IIA, Peter drives the IIA's policy development work and has instigated the formation of specialist taskforces to leverage member expertise in diverse legal, economic and technical areas.

Matthew has successfully designed and implemented major climate and
culture analysis projects with active involvement from scoping,
statistical analysis and reporting through to feedback and
implementation of programs designed to meet climate improvement
objectives. He has worked in a consultative role in the review and
redesign of Human Resources systems such as exit interviewing and
performance management. He has also completed training needs and
organisational values and competency assessment.
In 2006, Matthew co-ordinated two courses within Murdoch University’s
Masters and Doctoral program in Organisational Psychology. He has broad
exposure to the legal sector along with mining and mining services in
oil and gas, telecommunication, professional services, government, and
not-for-profit sectors.

Matt Saxty is the Director of Special Projects for the Chandler
Macleod Group and Tal-os Asia with a sole focus on developing and
implementing solutions to meet large-scale recruitment requirements for
clients worldwide.
Matt has led project teams and provided strategies for the design of
volume recruitment solutions for clients such as Vodafone, Procter
& Gamble, Toyota, GE Consumer Finance and HSBC.
Matt holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR/Personnel Management and a
Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance. He is accredited at
both level 1 & 2 with the British Psychological Society.
